Mentoring is the cornerstone of what the organization brings to the community by guiding youth in life experiences, fostering a positive self-perception, self-respect, encouraging excellence in education, and the pursuit of positive life-long goals.

We develop and foster relationships between the See Your Future Female Mentoring Program, Young Black Scholars, and Community Partners, so that this relationship would lead to heightened self-esteem for the girls through improved family relations, academic success, social, and financial responsibility.

Our community-based mentoring program meets during the school year beginning January 27th and then every 2nd and 4th Saturday from February through May. There will be 2 additional events in June.  A Celebration of Achievement at UCLA, Sunday, June 2nd and a High Tea on Saturday, June 8th in Downtown Los Angeles.Professional women who want to see young black females succeed,  please share your time and experience with our mentees. Educators, engineers, doctors, nurses, attorneys, elected officials, government employees, entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate executives, non-profit executives, sports executives and personnel, first responders, athletes, entertainers, artists, scientists, motivational speakers, workshop leaders, college students, and others.  WE NEED YOU!Participating in the 100 Black Men of Los Angeles Young Black Scholars Program was beneficial to my development as a leader, student, and entrepreneur.  During my time in the program, I participated in college planning and standardized test preparation classes and finance and entrepreneurship workshops. I developed several successful business plans that won first place in local, regional, and national competitions.  Furthermore, I formed lifelong connections with the mentors who care about the success of every student.
